What is your approach to the wedding day? We focus on capturing spontaneous moments and raw emotion while crafting a beautiful photographic narrative, true to your wedding day.
Do you take posed family photos? Yes, with your input we create a detailed family shot list before the wedding day, so that each important family photo is captured.
What equipment do you use? We both photograph with Canon’s premier digital cameras, the 5D Mark III and 5D Mark IV. We use the finest lenses from Canon and Zeiss for superior color, saturation, and focus. Elisabeth also uses traditional film cameras for her fine art images.
Do you bring backup equipment? Yes, we always have extra camera bodies, flashes and many, many lenses.
Are my photos backed up? Yes, immediately after the wedding your photos are safely and securely backed up to the cloud and to an additional off-site location.
Do you edit the photos? Yes, we personally tone every photo for color, contrast, white balance, and exposure. We further retouch the photos for any blemishes.
When will my photos be ready? Your photos will be ready for viewing 8 weeks from your wedding date and will be hosted in a password-protected online gallery for 6 months. Here guests can view images, share favorites, and order prints and digital downloads.
How many weddings have you photographed? Combined we’ve photographed over 700 weddings – large and small – from elopements with just the bride and groom, to events with over 700 guests.
What kind of attire will you wear to my wedding? We dress for the occasion. Jonathan wears a suit and tie for most events or a fine tuxedo for black tie affairs.
Can I make payments online? Yes, you can conveniently pay online via credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Are you insured? Yes, we have liability insurance of $4,000,000.
Do your charge for travel? 2 hours of travel time in each direction, to and from the wedding, is included.
